We go even further by helping to consolidate and install items that we do not manufacture to be a single source for roll outs. This helps minimize down time, damage and finger pointing. We are also able to greatly expedite projects.

Our innovative team of Designers understand the balance of creativity while remaining pragmatic.  With both your space and vision in mind, we ensure that your products are effectively framed to enhance your customers’ experience.

Managing the moving pieces

Our Project Team handles the dynamic details of logistics and inventory consolidation on your behalf.  We either take care of shipping or work with your logistics department or preferred carriers, load planning and scheduling all volumes of freight across North America.  Because we understand your business, we apply the same shared knowledge to the logistics of getting the materials to the location as we do to building your solution, ensuring all necessary moving pieces for the project are on time and within budget.

We design and engineer for ease of install.  Your Installation Team loves the “before” and “after” effect of seeing how our custom installation enhanced your business.  We work around your operations in order to minimize disruption and efficiently implement the solution.  Your vision is our passion.  This is where it becomes a reality for you and your customers.

Your Customer Service Team will provide hands-on care for your solution long after the project is complete.  The same Account Executive and support experts you connected with at step one has gotten to know you and your business in a comprehensive way.  He or she will cultivate an ongoing relationship so that Colony can continue to enhance your consumers’ experience long after the project installation is complete.
